New Jersey Transit
An NJ Transit spokesman responded to the now-viral video, saying, “We encourage customers to make any seat accessible by putting baggage on their laps or on overhead luggage racks and following train attendants’ instructions.” Furthermore, the woman who uploaded the video told her that people were angry with the woman who had rescheduled everyone’s trip, not NJ Transit.
Got Her Seat
Jessica was urged to resume her seat by another passenger standing next to her after the young lady had left and the police had given the train the all-clear to begin running. Jessica couldn’t help but be moved by this nice stranger’s response to what had just happened. He seemed to restore her trust in humanity immediately.
