Unblock Stuffy Nose
If your cold seems to be lingering and you have been suffering from a stuffy nose, try this amazing hack. Mix a quarter of teaspoon salt and a quarter of teaspoon baking soda in warm water (8 ounces). Squirt the water into your nose using a bulb syringe or, if you have one, a nasal irrigation kit. As you squirt the mixture in one nostril, keep the other one closed. Then, let it drain.
