Heartburn
Also known as acid reflux, heartburn is a burning feeling from your throat down your esophagus to your stomach. Some possible causes include stress, overeating, and the consumption of spicy foods and specific fruits. It can get very painful but baking soda can prevent this issue since it neutralizes stomach acid. Put one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Drink the solution and you should soon feel like you’re back to normal!
Fluffy Omelet
For those who are not fans of eggs, they may feel like omelets cannot really sustain them throughout the day or until the next meal. If you add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to three eggs, carbon dioxide bubbles are produced. They lighten the omelet, making the eggs appear fuller and tastier as well!
