The man explained that the purpose of the operation was to avoid detection and public outcry. “They’ve been covering their tracks well,” he said. “No one was supposed to know.” Robert shook his head in disbelief. “But now we know,” he said. The man nodded. “Yes, and we have to make sure everyone knows, too.” A surge of determination swept over Robert. “We’re going to expose them,” he said firmly. The man smiled. “That’s the plan,” he replied.

Approaching the media
Armed with evidence, Robert and the man approached the media and authorities. “This is huge,” said one reporter, eyes wild with shock. “We need to get this out immediately.” Authorities reacted with equal alarm. “We’ll start an investigation right away,” promised one official. Robert felt great relief. “We’re finally making progress,” he thought. The man nodded in agreement. “This is just the beginning,” he said. Together, they watched as the news began to spread.
