Audrey Hepburn was so lovely that she continues to be popular even now. She made it big with her debut in Roman Holiday. The talented actress took home lots of awards over the years and worked on various causes later in life. She died of abdominal cancer in 1993.

Kim Novak
Kim Novak was first recruited by Columbia Pictures to replace Rita Hayworth and compete with Marilyn Monroe. She became famous after starring in Vertigo, although she has acted sporadically since the ‘60s. She retired in the ‘90s and battled breast cancer in 2010. We’re glad she survived!
