There is nothing unusual about being locked in traffic because there was a car accident on the road. It is always interesting to pass by the site of the accident. Imagine the shock of the other drivers when they found out that the problem had nothing to do with another car. Nope, it was caused by a boat on the highway instead. It probably fell off the trailer as the driver tried to go over this small bump. Oops.
