Tomas decided to start a petition on Change.org. Not long after, a lot of people knew how Duncan was treating the kids in his class. Despite not being able to get the changes that he wanted when he reported to the public school district and the school board, people are now supporting his cause. He was able to gather 2,000 signatures, and they were all vouching to dismiss Duncan! All efforts that Tomas did to fight for this cause were not wasted.

He suddenly found himself in the spotlight when the local news channels started talking about what was happening at Pine Grave. The media and the viewers of the news admired Tomas’ perseverance and how he decided to take action for the kids at Pine Grave. Tomas was not expecting that the media would pick up this news.
