The news of Diego Maradona’s death left people stunned and completely heartbroken. People across the globe mourned the death of the Argentinean soccer icon. Maradona passed away at the age of 60 on November 25th, 2020. The former athlete was famously known for scoring the “Hand of God” goal at the 1986 World Cup. Insiders say that the cause of Maradona’s death was due to him suffering a heart attack just three weeks after he went through surgery to remove a blood clot on his brain.

Leanza Cornett
The 1993 Miss America winner, Leanza Cornett passed away at the age of 49 after she suffered a head injury. Prior to her death she had been admitted into hospital but was pronounced dead on October 28th, 2020. The Miss America Organization wanted to express their condolences and sorrow via Facebook, and so they wrote, “Leanza had a bright and beautiful spirit, and her laugh was infectious. We know that too so many, including all of you, she meant so much”.
