Abby Elliott – Bob Elliott’s Granddaughter
Bob Elliott rose to fame as a fantastic comedian who was one-half of the duo called Bob and Ray. The other half goes to his partner Ray Goulding, of course. Bob also had a successful career full of guest appearances on King of the Hill, Saturday Night Live, and Get A Life. We daresay that he had a life full of laughter until he succumbed to throat cancer in 2016. His granddaughter Abby Elliott later became a member of the Saturday Night Live crew and stayed there for four years. After she quit, she has since starred in numerous projects for the big screen and small screen. Those must be some wonderful acting genes!

By any chance, do you recall Sue Storm AKA Invisible Woman in the 2015 film Fantastic Four? Well, the character was actually portrayed by Kate Rooney Mara. If you are not into superhero flicks, perhaps you know her better as the granddaughter of the sports giant Wellington Mara! He co-founded the New York Giants of the NFL among other things. It doesn’t seem like Kate is interested in playing sports, though she is talented at acting. You can see her in American Horror Story: Murder House, Chappaquiddick, House of Cards, and 24. She has been acting since the year 1999 and we can only hope she continues to do for more years to come!
