International Charters Continue To Open
Initially, the Hells Angels were based in California. Its international expansion began in 1961. That was the year when the first international charter was established in New Zealand’s Auckland. It paved the way for an overseas motorcycle club. In 1969, with the opening of their London charter, the club had its first charter in Europe. There are currently more than 275 charters on the European continent alone. Charters in South Africa, Brazil, Australia, and more have been established since the ’70s. To this day, the group continues to expand to new parts of the globe.

What The Hells Angels Wear
There’s a way for Hells Angels members to inform others who they are. They almost always wear denim or leather “cut” Slang for a motorcycle jacket. The cut carries various patches on the back, like Hells Angels, with the charter name at its bottom. The “death head” logo, number 81, and HAMC letters will also have a full member. Hells Angels Motorcycle Club is the initials, while the number is the eighth and first letters of the alphabet, the letters H and A. They also get more patches for certain milestones, as a person stays in the club.
