Before Jay Leno, this 1928 Bugatti Type 37A was owned by Pierre Veyron, a test driver for Bugatti. If you recognize that name, it was because the automaker used his surname for some of its luxury offerings. Anyway, he was a racecar driver who also served as a resistance fighter during the Second World War. Upon acquisition, the only changes that Leno made were the ones needed to keep it in mint shape. He hoped to honor Veyron by ensuring that it stayed in original and perfect condition! The car used to go for $1,000, but it is now worth anywhere from $2.6 million to $3.2 million. How amazing is that?

Citroen SM series

Jay Leno’s Garage viewers watched Jay Leno take out the tires of his 1971 Citroen SM. The one in the photo is not the only model from the lineup that he owns. The 1971 DS Pallas is an innovative vehicle that was first introduced to the general public back in 1955. Leno has said that he has a “deep appreciation” for the company and its cars. He gave the ’71 car an air conditioning unit from a ruined 1972 Citroen. Aside from that feature, everything in it came from 1971. According to the talk show host, he is surprised by its smooth handling! It used to be worth $11,700 but now goes for $50,600.
