In some states in the US, battery hens are banned. In case you didn’t know, battery hens are those kept in a really small cage. Someone posted online photos of the hens that he had rescued and the progress of their recovery. While the practice can do such horrible things to the poor creatures, they can still recover, just like dogs.

A Massive Garlic Clove
Most people would recognize the item on the left – a Ferrero Rocher – but many would probably do a double-take before they realize what the item next to it is. Yep, that is one massive clove of garlic. It might be among the biggest ever found. One piece of Ferrero Rocher chocolate is already a mouthful… can you imagine what that garlic must be like? Probably great for cooking, though.
