In 1986, the cops suspected Allan of fleeing Toronto and taking his young son with him to the United States. Since 2004, the two of them have reportedly shared an apartment in Connecticut! The cops heard a voice say, “Dad?” as they were putting Allan in handcuffs and leading him out of the house. An adult man appeared out of nowhere.
