Shoe Gone Awry
This unfortunate lady, dressed in a power suit, walked out of the elevator as if nothing could stop her. Unfortunately, when she left the elevator, her high-heeled shoe caught between the elevator and the wall, sending her flying. With an uncomfortable expression on her face, she scrambles to remove her shoe before the elevator door shuts. Whew. At the very least, no one saw it, right?
