The premise of the show is that a restaurant owner gets in touch with Charles Stiles, the host. He then works on setting up a secret operation to catch misbehaving employees in the act. However, people who have worked in these businesses have claimed that it was all fake. They even say that the bad workers are merely paid actors. The real employees have to sign an NDA to stay quiet about it.

The reality show from Bravo works by keeping the viewers doused in “charm.” However, the truth is that it resembles a Real Housewives show more than anything else on TV. After all, it also uses the same format that involves following wealthy people. Therefore, we are not surprised to hear that it is not real. Certain reports claim that the original couple on the show did not even live in Charleston as they claimed. On top of that, the clips are heavily edited to make it even more dramatic.
