This fascinating program highlights terrible surgeries that medical professionals swoop in to fix. Many things that happen on the show are fabricated or false. The same rings true for the patients who appear on the show. The premise of the show might be true, but the crew on the show likes to add more medical gore and drama to keep the viewers hooked. We know that it is fake, but we can’t look away!

Is there anything more amusing than seeing an entitled teen be shipped off to a poor country? It is done in the name of teaching them all about their privilege. Sadly, the show is not all that real. After all, there are way too many logistical errors and complications that would happen from doing such a thing. It is possible that they did go abroad, but we really doubt that this happened without their knowledge.
