It is an atrocity that she even refers to herself as an educator! She was introduced in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix when she was assigned to be the High Inquisitor at Hogwarts. When Cornelius Fudge no longer trusted Albus Dumbledore, he made her the Headmistress. It was a good thing that this did not last for too long!
