The character of Lavender Brown played a bigger role in the books than she did in the movies. We found that she lent an extra human touch to the story. After all, we have all had an obsessive crush on someone when we were a teenager! This hopeless romantic was absolutely infatuated with Ron Weasley, although it looked like her affection was a little too much for him. It was hilarious to see her in love, but we just hope that she has since learned to be subtler about her feelings.

In reality, Jessie Cave is not exactly like her character. For one thing, she is a jack of all trades! She was a tennis player and swimming champion who had to change course after suffering an injury. It was a good thing that she ended up joining the cast of Harry Potter. She has always been talented in arts, sports, acting, and writing ever since she was young. To this day, she continues to act. A regular at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and West End, she has appeared in Black Mirror as well. Aside from that, she has published a book called ‘Love Sick,’ which is based on her illustrations and doodles!
