The Totally Real Doctor’s Note
Okay, it’s still unsure whether this note is real or not, but we’re just gonna assume that it is for the time being. Essentially, it’s a certification that the patient is receiving medical treatment for back pain. What the doctor recommends is “He WILL BE UNFIT TO CONTINUE his USUAL OCCUPATION or SEXUAL services. Shaun can only take part in sexual activity flat on his back with minimal effort on his part.” It’s a bit too specific to look like a real recommendation from the doctor, but so be it.
