A lot of people also said that 13 years old was far too young to begin dying one’s hair. Some said Halloween is an exception to the rule, but even then, only wash-out hairspray and wigs should be allowed. Meanwhile, other people claimed it was not an issue at all since it was merely temporary. The chopped hair, however, was a little too much. No one argued about that part!
