There is a homeless war veteran that likes to hang out in Bowery and Rivington Street in Manhattan. Called “red,” he likes to sit on a wooden stool there. He might be hard of hearing, but he likes to talk to anybody who gives him the time of the time. Bustos listened to him as he gave the vet a new look.
