Before the makeover, Jose had not shaved in the last 25 years. Therefore, the stylists did not shave off all his beard and simply gave him a trim. After that, they also dyed his facial hair to make him look even more polished and well-groomed. Needless to say, Josette looked very put-together by the end of it.
