Yes, two (or even more) brains are truly better than one, but sometimes, when a lot of people are working for a single project, it is not avoidable to keep away from crashing ideas altogether. A great example is a thing that happened in The Andy Griffith Show – Barney Fife had different middle names all throughout the whole show. There would be no one else to blame but the writers. Maybe because the show had different writers, they accidentally mixed the names up or just forgot what they originally were.
