Waiting Outside
She left her home, got to her friend’s house, and “decided to wait outside” while her friend gathered the kids. This was the last her friends and relatives knew about her whereabouts. When the friend came back out, Crystal was already gone. Despite the fact that Crystal was nowhere to be found, her friend assumed that “she just decided to leave”. They didn’t realize Crystal was missing yet. A few hours later, This friend got a call from Crystal’s mother, who was looking for her daughter.
