Did you know that Emily Ratajkowski launched her career when Ford models signed her at the age of 14? She first started modeling for teen print catalogs and brands such as Kohls and Nordstrom. She decided to give acting a shot as well. In the past, she was typically cast to play cheerleaders and bullies. She decided to focus on her modeling career some more so that she could choose better roles and projects. Her big break came in the form of Treats, which helped her land commercial gigs with Carl’s Jr. and Nikon. What truly made her a household name was her appearance in the music video of “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke. While it proved to be a controversial video, the career move had been a successful one for her.

When Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was just starting out, she worked with Profile. She landed her first modeling gig at the age of 16 years old. It was for a Levi’s commercial. In 2004, she earned even more success by appearing in Teen Vogue. She made her runway debut together with Naomi Campbell, which is no small feat. In 2006, she was also in a Victoria’s Secret fashion show. She only earned international model status two years after that. After some time, she decided to go into acting by appearing in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. She followed this up by playing the pregnant wife of the villain in Mad Max: Fury Road. We do not know if she plans to take on more acting roles in the future. Right now, she is in a committed relationship with actor Jason Statham. This lovely couple has a little boy together.
