DREE HEMINGWAY
It probably helps that Dree Hemingway is the great-granddaughter of one of the most prominent authors in history. Despite this, she is a talented actress and model in her own right. In the 2000s, she got her start as a print ad model. She also appeared on the runway for Givenchy back in 2009. That was the same year that she did shows for Calvin Klein and Topshop. She considers those the height of her modeling career as these gigs gave her more opportunities in the industry. Around the same time, she also followed in the footsteps of her mother and dipped her toes into acting. She has mostly worked on independent films such as Listen Up Philip and While We’re Young. In 2019, she also appeared in a thriller called Run with the Hunted.

JOY BRYANT
The truth is that Joy Bryant did not expect to be a famous Hollywood star. She started to model after she was discovered by a scout while she was studying. It gave her more gigs that let her pay the bills and more. She scored print modeling gigs for Playboy, InStyle, and Vanity Fair. In 2001, she went into acting just as her modeling career was taking off. She debuted in a Robert Townsend film called Carmen: A Hip Hopera. She was also in Antwone Fisher, which was a great career move as it opened even more doors for her. She has since launched her own business in the form of a production company called Hot sauce. The star co-founded it with her friend Samantha Taylor Pickett.
