Natalie Suleman captioned this photo with “Could we be anymore vegan?” on her Instagram account. Her six older children aren’t vegetarians, but her eight youngest enjoy raw greens, so they eat health shakes, golden or red beets, bell peppers, chard, and organic kale regularly in addition to home-cooked food with quinoa and sprouted lentils. The kids’ desserts, such as the green apple raw almond butter combo that they normally have, are also vegan. Natalie was raised as a moral vegan, so she easily transitioned to a vegan lifestyle, which aided her body’s recovery from the various physical changes brought on by multiple pregnancies.

It’s not easy to get Natalie and her 14 children to pose for a family photo, so any time they’re all in one place, it’s worth snapping an image of them laughing and smiling. “So THIS is what happened when we attempted to take a fun family photo with as many family members as possible. Per usual, Elijah, Amerah, and JJ are absent from the pic.” Natalie can now easily share a variety of special times like this kudos to social media. Her posts are way more interesting when we get a glimpse into her life as a single mother raising 14 children on her own.
