The four teens were invited to go to the Chief’s Award Gala. They were recognized by Chief Constable Roger Chaffin for their services and bravery to Calgary. If you ask them, they will tell you that they only did what anyone would do in a situation like that. We are not sure if this is true, but good on them!

Calgary Chief’s Award Gala

The Chief’s Awards Gala is an event hosted by the Calgary Police Service. It happens once a year and is meant to honor the sworn and civilian members of the police service who showed great acts of courage and showed commitment to the community. The event also honors citizens who did the same thing.
