The main floors are stunning, but our favorite is surely the basement. There were wooden cabinets and laundry machines in laundry room. They looked amazing beside each other. These classic finishes and depth found were truly something else.

Joyce enjoyed decorating her house and caring for it. She managed to maintain her home to a standard which few people can achieve. In John Sims’ case, however, his newly purchased house in Arizona had not been well maintained by the previous owners.
