In her broad, incredible career, the beautiful Ann Blyth did movie and stage work. That being said, for her role as Veda Pierce Forrester in criminal movie Mildred Pierce, you surely recognize her well. In the film, she played the main character’s daughter depicted by similarly legendary Joan Crawford. She has now withdrawn from business and enjoys much of her time at home. When you’re as talented as she is, it’s no more surprising to hear she ‘s got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Another successful Hollywood star, Sidney Poitier, gained a reputation for himself after he became the first African-American guy to bring an Oscar home. His job on the Field’s 1963 movie Lilies brought him the Best Actor title. The Bahamian-American actor won Queen Elizabeth II’s knighthood earlier in 1974. He does have, other than acting, directing and producing credits under his name. He may no currently be in his life’s peak, but we’re confident Poitier’s doing great!
