This person is insensitive and even towards handicapped drivers. Someone should let him not it’s one handicapped person per spot and not one for the entire section. A ticket, even a tow situation would be necessary here. The world of parking is something else.

We are shocked. This is revenge on some other level. Hopefully, this driver just didn’t plan on driving again or something. Also, how did they even manage to just get a cement truck suddenly- this takes revenge to new heights but, this person is a top-notch planner. Don’t leave your windows open out there bad parkers.
