Dylan Dreyer is one of the most prominent meteorologists on NBC News, and it is clear she knows the value of hard work. She now works on MSNBC, NBC’s The Today Show, NBC Nightly News, The Weather Channel, and the Orange Room on Weekend Today. Dreyer had to work her way up. She only made it big as a meteorologist after working at WJAR in Rhode Island, WICU in Pennsylvania, and WHDH in Massachusetts.

The Filipino-American newscaster Elita Loresca currently works for KTRK-TV out of Houston, Texas. She started her broadcasting career when she worked as a news associate in the Los Angeles-based KCBS. For a year, Loresca was the assignment editor and noon weather anchor for KGET-TV out of Bakersfield, California. After this job, she moved to KGPE-TV in Fresno, where she served as the morning and noon weather girl. She also made waves when she covered big hurricanes such as Hurricane Frances, Rita, Katrina, and Wilma.
