Kristi Marie Capel is co-anchor of Fox 8 Morning News and a former Miss Missouri who competed in Baltimore on the 2006 Miss USA pageant. She’s actually a Kentucky native and entered the Miss Kentucky USA pageant the previous year. Kristi spent three years with KSPR-TV in Springfield as a weather and news anchor with a degree in Broadcasting and Communications from Evangel University before moving to WBRE-TV/WYOU-TV three-year morning anchor. She also hosted New Day Cleveland at WJW-TV for over two years.
