Liberté Chan, born and raised in Los Angeles, is a KTLA 5 meteorologist and reporter. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, the former competitive and nationally ranked figure skater earned her meteorology certificate from Mississippi State University and has a Master’s degree in Public Health USC’s Keck School of Medicine.
