Now, on to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia’s famous Crown Prince! His father is King Salman and in June 2017, Prince Mohammed was appointed by the King as Crown Prince. The prince replaces Muhammad bin Nayef, the King’s nephew, as the heir to the throne. Prince Mohammed has not even reached his mid-thirties yet but his powers over the country’s oil-dependent economy is already unprecedented.
