After Grayson’s arm was nuzzled by the seal’s arm, there was a flurry of playfighting. In contrast, the second seal appeared to be confident enough to swim around the divers and continue with its day’s activities. The two remain close despite some differences in their personalities and upbringing.

These seals were having a great time with us, which was reinforced by their effortless glide through the water. When they’re on land, they have to waddle around on their flippers and jump onto rocks or boats to get around. They are most at ease, however, when they are submerged in water.
