As the biggest dog on the list, the Greyhound also happens to be the laziest. Retired racing Greyhounds are terrific for seniors as they are basically very much like couch potatoes. If you adopt one from the track, they will be well socialized too.

Bichon Frise
The small and fluffy Bichon Frise is a happy and affectionate dog that will make a great companion. On average, a Bichon Frise weighs between 7 and 12 lbs, making it extremely easy to handle for most people. They’re also relatively easy to train. They will need to be groomed every now and again, but otherwise, they’re low-maintenance. A moderate amount of daily exercise is normally enough to keep them healthy and happy so long as they have your companionship.
