Miguel was born in the year 2013. “Adorn,” his hit single, reached number one on the charts, and his performance at the Billboard Music Awards that year was…indescribably memorable. Before making it to the second stage, the unfortunate individual attempted to jump over the pit and was forced to crash into spectators. An injured adolescent was seriously injured and threatened to file a lawsuit because she was not provided with necessary medical care on the spot.

Okay, so it’s possible that it was just a coincidence. While Jackson has recovered from a highly publicized garment malfunction that occurred during her Super Bowl halftime performance in 2004, she has yet to recover from a similar incident in 2008. In the course of the incident, which has been dubbed “Nipplegate,” Justin Timberlake leans over Michael Jackson’s bustier and rips off the top half of the garment, perhaps a little too aggressively, allowing the entire audience to see Jackson’s breast for 9/16ths of a second. The incident occurred near the end of the performance, and Timberlake was ejected from the venue.
