Cleaning Your Sponges
You don’t have to throw away old sponges – the water on the salt may make them fresh! Just prepare a basin of cold water, then whisk to dissolve 3 teaspoons of salt. Then the sponge is added and allowed to rest overnight. The bacteria are killed by salt, and the next day your sponge is as new! We must say that we adore this trick certainly.
