Teeth Whitener
Baking soda and salt are mild abrasives that eliminate blemishes and whiten teeth. Salt also includes a natural fluoride source which is a benefit for your gums and teeth. Try this: combine one teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of baking soda. Take a wet toothbrush and brush your teeth generally into the mixture. Put a dab of toothpaste on the brush before dipping into the liquid if the flavor is too strong.
Whiten Your Nails
Salt makes cuticles and skin softer and firmer. Baking soda with lemon reduces yellowing and stains to make clots seem lighter and better. Try yourself: Try it. In a small dish, mix one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of baking soda, lemon juice, and half a cup of warm water. Soak the nails for 10 minutes in the solution, then mix it with a gentle brush. Please carefully rinse your hands since the lemon may cause irritation if exposed to the sun.
