Actually, this snake likes to wrap victims around the midsection and then continues to compress them until they are completely crushed or totally suffocated. Desert Horned Viper

Cerastes cerastes is a venomous viper species, commonly known as the Saharan horned viper or the horned desert viper, native to the deserts of northern Africa and parts of the Arabian Peninsula and the Levant. The Desert Horned Viper is moving sideways, which is absolutely scary! It is usually found in the the Middle East and northern African regions.
