Bill Macatee started his broadcasting career with KLTV-TV and started working at NBC Sports in 1982. He covered events such as the Rose Bowl, the Super Bowl, and Wimbledon. He was also the host of NBC News at Sunrise and Sunday Today. He went to CBS Sports and did play-by-play announcement for NFL from 1998 until 2013. He called the NCAA and Olympics too.
