Tom Hammond is a sports reporter with NBC Sports. He calls Thoroughbred Racing and Notre Dame Football, but he is more famous for covering the NFL from 1985 until 2011. He also did Olympic events before. Also a play-by-play announcer for track-and-field and speed skating, he earns $2.9 million a year.
