Unfortunately, people did not always pay attention to the “No Parking” signs. Even though it was only supposed to be used by the people working on the construction site, other drivers still took up those slots. You see, the area was located near an elementary school. A lot of parents liked to leave their cars there when they had to pick up the kids. But in general, it was not a big deal since they do not take long.

He was only ever concerned when there were cars there while a delivery was on the way. Otherwise, he was fine if they used it as long as they did not stay there for too long.
