On one hand, he wanted revenge and to mess with the girls a little bit but on the other hand, Tom didn’t expect that they would make such a huge deal calling the police and involving them. He also potentially saved a life and stopped them from endangering tons of other people.

A lot of people said that the girls got what they deserved. On top of that, other people wanted to point out something else about the situation. Even though it was a simple revenge plan, it led to enormous results. After all, who knows what the girls would have done if the police had not been there? It was very possible that they would have hurt innocent people or even killed someone!
