Meet The K-911
You probably don’t think about it much, but there are airports at risk of running wild animals across the runway. Airport personnel relied on traps when this happened in the past to ensure that the animals did not go where they were not supposed to be. Cherry Capital Airport in Michigan, however, wanted to attempt another tactic. They hired Piper, a Border Collie, to run around the perimeter of the airport. His job is to chase these wild animals away and protect passengers from harm.

Man, a warning that it can induce a panic attack should come with this kind of picture. There are so many broken regulations on airline safety in the photo that it is bound to lead to a huge collision. It was a good thing that a photographer called Mike Kelley actually photoshopped it. He called it “Wake Turbulence” and showed all flights departing from California’s LAX. He took 400 pictures overall and then combined them all in one.
