Her acting career did not take off immediately after she finished the film. In reality, it didn’t take off until she starred in the comedy Road Trip in 2001. Her fame rose further when she starred in Rat Race and subsequently in Scotland, PA, an independent version of Macbeth. Aside from these ventures, she has worked on two successful films. She was cast in The Butterfly Effect with Ashton Kutcher, and subsequently in Starsky & Hutch.

Blake Lindsley As Katrina McIntire
Blake Lindsley portrayed Katrina McIntyre, a girl-next-door type who was very shy. She had no ambitions of becoming a soldier and simply joined the Federal Service to get a permit to have children and start her own family. Aside from that, she seems to have a crush on the protagonist. After all, she is distraught when he is whipped in the aftermath of Breckinridge’s death. Unfortunately, she dies in the film at the hands of a warrior insect while attempting to flee the fight.
