On June 19, 2017, Moe’s daughter, Joan Howard Maurer, paid tribute to her late father on what would have been his 120th birthday. Joan Howard Maurer
Moe’s daughter, Joan, is very active in keeping the Stooges’ legacy alive. She has written several books about the trio and regularly attends Stooges conventions. Her books include The Three Stooges Book of Scripts, Curly: An Illustrated Biography of the Superstooge. On top of that, she also co-wrote Moe Howard and the Three Stooges with her father.
