Jerome Lester Horwitz
Jerome Lester Horwitz played Curly Howard from 1932 to 1946 and was the most popular of the Three Stooges. While filming the movie Half-Wits Holiday, he suffered a stroke that ended his time with The Three Stooges early. He passed away young, at age 48, from a cerebral hemorrhage.

Joe Besser
Joe Besser was a member of The Stooges from 1956 to 1958. He was from St. Louis and was most famous for playing Mr. Jillson on The Joey Bishop Show. Aside from that, he landed several voice roles in Shirt Tales and The Houndcats. He later died of heart failure at the age of 80 in 1988.
