Michelangelo Painting
There was a family who discovered a famous painting of Norman Rockwell hidden behind a wall in their late father’s house. It was said that the deceased father displayed a fake version of the painting so that his wife could not take the original for when they divorce. He never mentioned anything about the original to anyone even up to his last breath. The painting was then sold in an auction for 15.4 million dollars. A similar story also happened in New York, where a man suddenly remembered that he had a $300 million Michelangelo painting hidden behind his sofa set. The painting has been sitting there for 27 years now and he almost forgot about it.
